Our business model provides for a highly focused practice - we are not a giant multi-practice firm. We have an unusually high partner-associate ratio, creating an average experience level of more than twice that of most leading law firms. In addition, 25% of our lawyers have in-house experience, adding to our pragmatic approach.

We believe that experience counts. Our Partners each have 10-30+ years' experience, and all previously practiced at major Boston law firms or as in-house counsel of major technology companies. They are recognised as experts in their practice areas and frequently write, lecture and teach. Our Associates are capable and client-centred, and join our firm with significant large firm training or in-house experience.
