Haleli Barath
Haleli’s practice focuses on corporate law, financing, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, cross-border strategic partnerships, joint ventures, technology transfer and licensing transactions, outsourcing, governmental and other tenders, regulatory and telecommunications and intellectual property. She is deeply involved in the strategic decision-making and implementation evels with her clients, both on the commercial and on the legal level.

Keren Betser
Keren leads the firm’s Real Estate and Infrastructure Practice. She focuses her work on transactions related to residential and commercial real estate development and infrastructure projects.

Noma Floom
Noma focuses primarily on private and public financing transactions and fund formation and structuring, as well as general corporate affairs.

Noma’s general corporate experience is focused on the lifecycle of high-technology companies, which benefit from her valuable knowledge and experience in intellectual property licensing, software and hardware sales, distribution, and corporate governance, in addition to her expertise in financing transactions.

Iris Pappo
Iris focuses primarily on cross-border transactions, antitrust, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, and intellectual property licensing.

Iris specializes in large-scale commercial transactions between Israeli companies and major corporations in Asia, Europe and the US. She has implemented a variety of transactions including joint ventures, strategic collaborations, technology licensing, OEM, general commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries including semiconductors, software, telecommunications, media and retail.

Avihai Schieber
Avihai has over 9 years of experience and expertise of counseling international corporations as well as technology companies in various stages (pre-seed to M&A/IPO), on issues related to venture financing, forming of complex strategic partnerships, commercialization of intellectual property rights and licensing, internet and new media and complex cross-border transactions.
