Holding Redlich transport team listed in top international legal guide
Two of national law firm Holding Redlich’s transport partners have been listed in the latest edition of leading legal directory Chambers and Partners, it has been announced today.
Based in the firm’s Sydney office, Transport, Shipping & Logistics partners Geoff Farnsworth and Nathan Cecil have both been listed in the Shipping category of the Chambers Asia-Pacific 2020 edition.
Partner Geoff Farnsworth said he is very pleased that the team has received this high-level recognition after a very busy – and interesting – year in maritime law.
“We are always focussed on our core shipping and P&I practice and have had a number of interesting collision cases in particular,” Geoff said.
“But, we are very active across the entire spectrum of commercial maritime law. This year we have been involved in a large claim against a port operator for (alleged) anti-competitive conduct and, on the flipside, have expanded our work on large scale port related infrastructure and regulatory matters.
