A member of Gould & Ratner’s (Chicago) Business Counseling and Transactional group, Andrew Silver concentrates his practice on all aspects of corporate law, representing and counseling private and family-run businesses in transactional matters, corporate formation, operation, and corporate governance.  Andrew also has experience in advising on legal issues associated with investments that include the areas of tech-media, executive recruiting, data outsourcing and subscription e-commerce.
