Litigation attorney Amanda R. Phillips has been appointed as a Hearing Officer for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers. The Board of Bar Overseers is an independent administrative body established by the Supreme Judicial Court to investigate and evaluate complaints against attorneys in Massachusetts. In her role, Amanda will preside over BBO hearings, receive and consider evidence at hearings, and make findings of fact and conclusions of law for the BBO as part of a three-person hearing panel.Congratulations to Amanda on her appointment.
