Lamphere have joined the firm as associate attorneys in its Real Estate Practice.Spitzer focuses her practice in commercial real estate matters with a special interest in acquisition, development, financing and leasing in projects ranging from downtown and suburban office buildings, mixed-use developments, regional malls and renewable energy generation facilities. She earned her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and her master’s degree in finance from Webster University.Lamphere handles matters relating to nearly all aspects of real estate law, including financing, leasing, zoning, land use, commercial real estate transactions and entitlement issues. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and prior to joining as an associate, Lamphere was a summer law clerk at the firm.
