Hewitsons LLP (Northampton) recently acted for Canadian firm Navtech in the acquisition of Hampshire and Cardiff based company DW International a pre-eminent consultant and provider of software in the fields of air navigation, civil air communications and air traffic management.Navtech is a global leading provider of flight operation solutions and services and this acquisition is part of Navtech’s continued investment strategy to accelerate global growth and expand its products and service offerings.The Hewitsons team, led by David Browne, advised on and negotiated the share purchase agreement and the other documents relating to the acquisition.
