Simon Portman, Hewitsons partner in the Commercial Department, will be attending the IBC International Conference in Munich on 18 February. He will be leading a workship prior to the conference focusing on the main issues encountered in negotiating a collaboration contract, including the tactics to follow and the traps to avoid.
