Effective this past July, Mr. Luis Aldana has joined Gallardo, Igareda, Servin & Rodriquez y Murillo  (Mexico) as lateral in the Corporate & Business practice. With over 15 years of experience, Luis joins the firm at an important moment when corporate transactions have considerably increased due to the high number of investments in the central and northern regions of Mexico, mainly from the manufacturing and commercial industries. In addition to being a corporate lawyer, Luis is authorized by the Federal Government to act a Public Notary for Commercial Acts, which includes the authority to incorporate companies, attest and validate certain commercial transactions, prepare commercial appraisals and provide mediation in commercial disputes.
