Throughout her professional career she has taken part in key operations involving litigation and restructuring in solvency and insolvency cases (both in Spain and internationally), the sale and purchase of companies, distressed debts, production units and intra-corporate and external litigation.With more than fifteen years’ experience, Manuela Serrano joins Ventura Garcés & López-Ibor after working with firms that include DLA Piper and Roca Junyent, among others.
