Ventura Garcés & López-Ibor (Spain) has appointed lawyer and university professor Juan Pablo Correa Delcasso to the position of partner in its Litigation Department, where he will further strengthen and expand the Department’s specialist areas at the Barcelona office.[caption id="attachment_3553" align="alignleft" width="150"] Juan Pablo Correa[/caption]Correa Delcasso joins the firm after several years as a partner in the Litigation Department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo in Barcelona. With more than twenty years’ experience, Correa Delcasso is a specialist in civil, criminal and corporate litigation, bankruptcy, arbitration and mediation. In joining Ventura Garcés & López-Ibor, Correa Delcasso has a two-fold objective: “firstly, to further strengthen and contribute to the growth of the litigation department”, forming a team with Isabel Mateu; and secondly, “to incorporate two new areas of practice; criminal litigation and mediation”.
