Hewitsons (England) has appointed a new partner who will help further cement the firm’s strong residential property offering.

Clare Martin joins Hewitsons’ Cambridge office from Taylor Vinters as a Partner in the Residential Property team. Her extensive experience is rooted in all residential property matters, with a career that has spanned over 26 years. Educated at the University of South Africa, Clare began working as an Attorney at Stowell and Co in 1989, before moving to J Garrard & Allen for a short while before joining TVs.

 

Clare excels in all aspects of high quality services relating to residential property: such as acting for lenders, declarations of trust and transfers of equity. Her vast experience has also included the sale and purchase of high net worth value properties in both London and across the country, as well as leasehold extension and enfranchisement.
