Fiona Linklater of our commercial property team recently assisted Scandinavian design company Nordic Living by Biehl who have taken a lease of shop premises at 185 Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh.The new shop which is set over two floors in the heart of Edinburgh’s Bruntsfield district opened on 28 July 2018 and features Nordic furniture, interiors and lifestyle accessories.Commenting on the deal, owners Sofie Biehl Kleberg and Mogens Kleberg said: “We are very excited to have opened our new shop in Edinburgh which has been a dream of ours for many years. We are delighted to bring true Nordic style to Scotland and feel that our location in Bruntsfield fits perfectly with our desire to show case beautiful pieces from high end furniture to classic lighting along with lifestyle and interiors accessories.”Sofie added: “This was our first such venture and we felt very well looked after by Fiona and that she cared about the transaction.”
