As a result of the amendment to Article 27 of the Federal Tax Code ("CFF"), as of 2020 fiscal year, an obligation arose for entities legally incorporated in Mexico to notify to the Federal Taxpayers Registry ("RFC") the name and RFC code of the partners, shareholders and associates, whatever the name they adopted, every time any modification or incorporation is made regarding them (the "Notice"), resulting, for instance, from transfer of shares and capital subscription by new partners.
