Ramberg Advokater (Sweden) has advised one of Europe’s most seasoned venture capital fund, SEB Venture Capital, in connection with their investment of SEK 15 M in SenionLab, at their first external financing round.   The recently formed portfolio company operates in the segment of Indoors Positioning System (IPS) investment will primarily be used to strengthen SenionLab’s already leading position in IPS software by continuing to grow the company’s sales force and establish local presences in selected geographies.   In addition, product development will continue in order to maintain SenionLab’s technical superiority in the sector with the addition of new features and services.   SenionLab’s IPS software is currently deployed in multiple verticals, including shopping malls, hospitals, and airports.   At present the company has over 250 installations in 32 countries.
