Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton (Waltham) ,  are pleased to announce that Scott Bleier, Daniele Ouellette Levy and Joshua French have been elevated within the firm. Scott and Daniele have been elevated to Members, and Joshua to Senior Attorney.Scott joined the Firm in 2011 and was promoted to Senior Attorney in 2014. His practice is focused on the representation of start-up and emerging growth companies and venture capital investors. Scott specializes in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings.Daniele, who joined the Firm in 2006, acts as outside corporate counsel to both publicly and privately-held companies in a number of diverse industries, including life sciences, software, mobile technology, alternative energy, and professional services. She regularly counsels clients on a broad range of matters such as incorporation, equity/debt financing, acquisitions, licensing and technology transfer, employment, and corporate governance matters.Josh joined the Firm in 2011. As a member of the firm’s corporate practice group, Josh serves as outside general counsel to many privately-held emerging and middle-market companies, which span a variety of industries. He is actively involved with clients in all phases of the business life cycle, from corporate formation to fundraising to liquidity events.
