Cainiao Network, a logistics platform under the Alibaba Group, announced recently that it had completed the first-round equity financing since its establishment in 2013 with the total investment amount exceeding RMB10 billion, from the investors including Government of Singapore Investment Corp, Temasek Holdings, Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Primavera Capital.  Khazanah Nasional Berhad is the strategic investment fund of the Government of Malaysia, and Zhong Lun Law Firm (China) acted as its PRC counsel in this transaction.
