Phillips have been elevated to Senior Attorney.An experienced member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group, Dan’s practice is focused on guiding his clients, which range from emerging and middle-market companies to family businesses and entrepreneurs, through corporate governance, employment matters, strategic commercial transactions, equity and debt fundraising activities, and mergers and acquisitions. Dan has been with the Firm since 2018, most recently as Senior Attorney.A Registered Patent Attorney, Erin handles a broad range of intellectual property issues in the life sciences. She has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of both U.S. and foreign patent applications, as well as in researching and analyzing legal and technical issues, in drafting opinions, and in preparing reexamination requests. Erin has been with the Firm since 2015, most recently as an Associate.A member of the Litigation Department, Jamie represents clients in all aspects of litigation, from investigation of disputes through discovery, trial, and appeal. She has substantial experience in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution avenues such as mediation. She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Jamie has been with the Firm since 2015, most recently as an Associate.As a member of the Firm’s litigation group, Amanda focuses her practice on commercial civil disputes, securities litigation, and employment disputes, and has broad experience working with clients under investigation by federal and state government agencies.
