Tom Robert, Associate of the Belgian firm Caluwaerts & Uytterhoeven, has published an annotation in a leading legal review concerning the legal concept of the 'main residence' in the Beligan Nationality Code, as a condition for obtaiing Belgian nationality (Tijdschrift voor Belgisch Burgerlijk recht 2005, 260-262).
