On October 22-23, 2020, the "XXI Forum on Intellectual Property. Russia and the CIS", organized by infor-media Russia, took place at the Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya Hotel. KIAP, Attorneys at Law, acted as a partner of the Forum. Elena Buranova, partner, head of Intellectual Property Practice of KIAP, moderated the topical unit dedicated to the protection of RIA in the field of high technologies, and also made a presentation on the legal nuances of paying royalties for the creation of official works.
