Francesca Rossi joins the London office where she will be instrumental in attracting the next generation of clients to the firm.[caption id="attachment_3569" align="alignleft" width="150"] Francesca Rossi[/caption]Francesca, who is fluent in Italian as well as English is a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Committee member of the British and Italian Lawyers Association.Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 she joins Hewitson Moorhead with significant experience in advising clients on international succession and cross-border inheritance, with an emphasis on Italian and English conflict of laws issues and the application of private international laws in contentious and non-contentious matters.Her areas of practice include: drafting Wills both where the client’s assets are solely in the UK and in different jurisdictions, advising executors on the administration of estates, advising entrepreneurs on their tax affairs and estate planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
