Hewitsons acted on the buyout of Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited (CMS) a leading provider of mechanical and electrical engineering services in the UK, by its management team backed by private equity firm Rockpool Investments. The management buyout of CMS followed a period of sustained growth for the company and was led by Managing Director Ian Wheeler and Operations Director Chris Kindon.
