Holding Redlich (Australia) has welcomed new partner Harry Kingsley to its Corporate and Commercial practice group in Melbourne.

Harry was previously a member of the leadership team and chief legal counsel for Pacific National, Australia’s largest rail operator of bulks and intermodal freight in Australia.    Harry has also served as the Senior Strategy Counsel working on strategic M&A projects for Asciano Limited. He will work across the firm’s corporate and commercial, transport, financial services and agribusiness teams.
