With more than twenty years’ experience, Correa Delcasso is a specialist in civil, criminal and corporate litigation, bankruptcy, arbitration and mediation. In joining Ventura Garcés & López-Ibor, Correa Delcasso has a two-fold objective: “firstly, to further strengthen and contribute to the growth of the litigation department”, forming a team with Isabel Mateu; and secondly, “to incorporate two new areas of practice; criminal litigation and mediation”. In this regard, Correa Delcasso has wide-ranging experience of matters relating to alternative methods of conflict resolution, both in Spain and internationally. In the words of Ventura Garcés & López-Ibor partner, Ricard Gené, the appointment of Correa Delcasso “represents a significant strengthening of the Firm’s structure, not only because of his extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of litigation and alternative methods of conflict resolution, but also because of his involvement with the Firm’s French-speaking clients as a native French speaker”. With this appointment, Ventura Garcés & López-Ibor “continues to strive for harmonised growth that matches the needs of its clients”, adds Gené.
