Hewitsons (England) recently promoted Charles Stevens to Partner.  Charles joined Hewitsons as a solicitor in the Agriculture and Rural Business team back in September 2010. He was promoted to Partner from the role of Associate where he will continue to work alongside Denise Wilkinson and Charles Hewitson.

 

His work has involved him acting for individual farmers, land owning companies and charities, advising them on a variety of rural property matters including renewable energy projects, and acquisition and management - including development agreements and overage.Commenting on his promotion, Charles said: “The variety of work and the nature of the clients Hewitsons represents has allowed me to gain considerable experience in the rural property sector.
