Procopio (San Diego) is pleased to announce the addition of partner Robin Madaffer and associate Justine Nielsen to the firm’s growing real estate practice group.Ms. Madaffer has practiced land use law for over 15 years, representing residential, retail, office and industrial real estate developers. She advises on all aspects of the land use entitlement process, due diligence, the Subdivision Map Act, the Coastal Act, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), compliance, processing, development feasibility, community outreach, permitting and implementation.Ms. Madaffer is a professor at California Western School of Law, where she teaches Land Use and Environmental Regulation.
