September 13, 2017 (San Diego) – Procopio Partner John D. Alessio has been unanimously elected by his fellow partners to be the AmLaw 200 law firm’s next Managing Partner. On January 1, 2018, he will replace longtime Managing Partner Thomas (Tom) W. Turner, Jr., with the latter returning to full-time legal work as a partner and resuming his previous position as Team Leader of the firm’s Real Estate and Environmental Team.
