Levenbach Advocaten Amsterdam (The Netherlands) visited the Berlin office of Zirngibl Langwieser  (Germany) on June 10th 2016.   Zirngibl Langwieser’s M&A partner Manuel Numrich gave a great presentation about Director’s liability under German Law.   He highlighted several aspects of this topic such as consequences from both a civil law- and a criminal law perspective.  Following the presentation the attendants had the chance to mingle with each other during drinks.   Both offices felt that is has been a great opportunity to strengthen the links between the offices and considered this as a great example of the friendship and great hospitality we all experience within LawExchange.[caption id="attachment_3582" align="alignleft" width="150"] Manuel Numrich[/caption]
