Lawyers of Rada & Partner represent one of the state-owned companies sued by the Lichtenstein princely family in a case in which the Lichtenstein family seeks to determine the ownership and issue of an extensive real estate confiscated in the Czech Republic after World War II under the so-called “Beneš decrees”.

Currently, one of the more than thirty lawsuits initiated in the Czech Republic in this matter is directed to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Read more here.
