It is important for all companies and trusts with residence in Mexico to identify and collect information from their Controlling Beneficiaries through the preparation of a File which must be available to the Tax Administration Service (SAT) upon request, taking into consideration that failure to comply with the aforementioned will result in relevant sanctions.
