T-Mec updates: New employment culture in Mexico resulting from T-Mec’s labor chapter

On July 1st, 2020 the treaty between Mexico, the United States and Canada (“T-MEC”) entered into force, replacing the North American Free Trade Agreement.


Amongst many provisions impacting the way businesses should be structured under T-MEC, Chapter 23 brings several challenges aimed for improve labor relations in Mexico.
